                   Salient features of our JBM Training & Placement Programme

1. The T&P programme is offered only to universities/recognized institutes who have an alliance / MoU in place with JBMC.

2. The students have to qualify a written test and clear a technical interview conducted by our panel of functional managers before enrolling in the program.

3. We have limited seats; however can assure a minimum number to the institution on YoY basis.

4. The offer (LoI) is given to students before starting the training.

5. The fee is collected in advance and is not refundable. LoI is given post collection of fees.

6. This offer is valid only for final year engineering students (Sem 7 and / or Sem 8).

7. We only cover mechanical engineering, automobile and aeronautical disciplines.

8. The students are free to join any other company if a better offer is placed, however JBMC assures a GET package of 2.50 lacs (2 lacs being fixed and 50k PB).

• Students maintain a 6.50 CGPA post sem 8 with NO backlogs

Clearing the training period on the basis on maintaining minimum 90% attendance, good conduct and project submission
