BRCM-CET has a modern, air cooled, computerized library as per AICTE norms. It has well- stacked with 39303 volumes and 5136 titles, including the Book Bank section. Under the Book Bank Programme six to seven text books are issued each semester to each student.

The library is subscribes to e-Resources DELNET-Developing library network includes 911 e-journals & over 819 e-books in field of engineering & technology The library is subscribed 42 National & 17 International print journals and a large numbers of technical magazines in various fields. The library has a digital library section and member of National Digital library of India.

The library uses the most popular integrated Web- based Library Management Software (ERP), which offers an online OPAC Web system to search the library collection for users.
